Position Summary
- NET / React / Azure – Assistant Manager
We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications built on
.NET, React, and Microsoft Azure. This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, engineering quality, and team mentorship. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and development of full-stack applications using .NET Core, React, and Azure
- Define technical design patterns, coding standards, and engineering best practices
- Guide the team on API design, microservices, integration patterns, and frontend architecture
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategy in Azure
- Ensure application security, performance, reliability, and observability
- Mentor developers through code reviews, design reviews, and day-to-day technical coaching
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Drive issue resolution for complex production and delivery challenges
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core Core
- Strong experience building frontend applications with React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with Azure services such as App Service, Functions, Azure DevOps, Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus, Application Insights, and SQL/Cosmos DB
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and event-driven integrations
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and secure coding practices
- Experience with cloud-native architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microservices and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Terraform/Bicep or other infrastructure-as-code tools
- Experience with authentication and authorization using Azure AD / Entra ID
- Exposure to test automation frameworks and modern observability practices
- Experience leading distributed or agile engineering teams
