Role Overview:

Lead, innovate, and deliver high-quality fintech solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies. Guide teams, mentor talent, and drive strategic technology initiatives to enhance financial infrastructure and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Execute Projects:

• Direct planning, execution, and delivery of complex .NET projects
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, scope, and timeline

Team Leadership and Development:

• Mentor and coach team members to unlock full potential
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment
• Align team performance with appraisal processes

Technology Strategy and Innovation:

• Drive adoption of new technologies, including AI, to innovate solutions
• Ensure architecture and design are scalable, robust, and secure

Risk Management:

• Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders

Process and Quality Assurance:

• Uphold software development best practices and coding standards
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to industry standards

Architecture and Application Development:

• Design and implement microservices and event-driven architectures
• Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Leverage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Manage databases including RDBMS and NoSQL

DevOps and Monitoring:

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Jira)
• Monitor applications, maintain logging, and ensure high availability

Security and Compliance:

• Implement secure coding practices and manage vulnerabilities specific to .NET applications
