Job Description

Primary skills:Technology->Microsoft Technologies->.NET Frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and high-level architecture using .NET technologies.
Oversee and contribute to data access layers using ADO.NET, optimizing queries and connection management.
Review code for quality, adherence to standards, and alignment with architectural guidelines; provide constructive feedback to the team.
Drive end-to-end SDLC activities including estimation, planning, development, testing support, deployment, and post-release stabilization.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA to ensure timely and accurate delivery of features.
Identify technical risks and performance bottlenecks and implement effective solutions and improvements.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation across the team.
Participate in design and architecture discussions, recommending tools, frameworks, and patterns suitable for .NET ecosystems.
Knowledge of more than one technology
Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
Knowledge of Testing tools
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
Good understanding of the technology and domain
Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods
Awareness of latest technologies and trends
Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
