Lead and manage a team of .NET developers. Design and develop high-performance applications using .NET technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in .NET development, with at least 2 years in a lead role. Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, and Entity Framework. Experience with SQL Server, RESTful APIs, and web services. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
