Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior .NET / Integration Developer to design, develop, and customize enterprise-grade integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Magento / Adobe Commerce using the productized i95Dev Connect platform and Azure integration technologies.
In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of critical business processes including order management, inventory synchronization, customer master data, pricing, promotions, returns, and tax/e-invoicing integrations. You will work closely with Magento developers, QA engineers, Solution Architects, and ERP stakeholders to deliver resilient, scalable, and secure integration solutions for a large-scale omni-channel commerce platform.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex integration challenges, building reliable distributed systems, and working in a collaborative, AI-enabled engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Development
- Implement and customize i95Dev Connect integration flows between Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Magento / Adobe Commerce.
- Develop and maintain synchronization processes for:
- Order lifecycle management
- Inventory and stock updates
- Customer master data
- Pricing and promotions
- Returns and cancellations
- Tax and e-invoicing transactions
- Build robust .NET 6+ / C# services and middleware using event-driven and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Develop data transformation and mapping logic across Dynamics 365, Magento, POS, and third-party systems using JSON, XML, and API-based integrations.
- Consume and integrate with Dynamics 365 OData services, Data Entities, Batch APIs, and external REST/SOAP services.
Integration Reliability & Performance
- Implement resilient integration patterns including retries, dead-letter handling, idempotency, and exception management.
- Support Azure Service Bus-based messaging and distributed integration workflows.
- Troubleshoot synchronization failures, data inconsistencies, and production incidents.
- Optimize integration performance to meet defined throughput and latency requirements.
- Ensure secure handling of business-critical transactional and customer data.
Quality Engineering & Collaboration
- Develop and maintain unit tests using xUnit, NUnit, Moq, or equivalent frameworks.
- Participate in contract testing and integration validation activities with Magento and QA teams.
- Perform peer code reviews and adhere to established engineering standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Magento developers, Solution Architects, ERP consultants, and client stakeholders.
- Ensure all AI-generated code undergoes mandatory senior review before merge.
Documentation & Engineering Discipline
- Maintain technical documentation for integration architecture, data mappings, APIs, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Support release planning, deployment validation, and production support activities.
- Follow established Git workflows, branching strategies, and CI/CD deployment practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives around integration reliability, observability, and engineering productivity.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-8 years of hands-on software development experience with .NET technologies.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET 6+, .NET Framework, and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs, Web APIs, and SOAP-based services.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and distributed system design.
Experience working with:
- Azure Service Bus or message queue technologies
- OData services
- JSON and XML data transformations
- Asynchronous processing patterns
- Strong SQL Server expertise including:
- Query optimization
- Stored procedures
- Indexing
- Performance tuning
- Familiarity with Git, Visual Studio, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, AX, or NAV.
- Experience with i95Dev Connect or comparable Dynamics-to-Commerce integration platforms.
- Exposure to Azure Integration Services including:
- Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, Azure App Services, Azure Key Vault, Application Insights
- Experience with Magento / Adobe Commerce integrations.
- Exposure to POS, OMS, ERP, or omni-channel commerce ecosystems.
- Experience supporting international or Middle East-based clients.
- Understanding of e-invoicing, tax integration, or regulated commerce environments.

Qualifications & Education

- Microsoft, Azure, .NET, or Integration-related certifications are advantageous.
