Role: .NET Full Stack Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web-based applications to solve complex business problems.
- Write clean, well-structured, maintainable, and testable code.
- Work across the full stack, leveraging modern front-end frameworks and robust back-end services.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Adapt quickly to changing business requirements and priorities.
- Take ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies where appropriate.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience & Background
- 6+ years of professional experience in an IT or business environment and/or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies (.NET Framework / .NET Core) and C#.
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- 2+ years of experience with React.
- Experience working with source control systems such as Git.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in web application development using .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience integrating complex business logic using JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, repository structure, and dependency injection.
- Strong database skills, including writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports.
- Familiarity with Microsoft development tools such as Visual Studio, SQL Server, Windows Server, and GitHub.
- Ability to debug, analyze, and enhance existing code written by others.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Working knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD concepts.
Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, PowerShell, and XML.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and SOAP services.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
