Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development using
.NET & C#, frontend frameworks, and advanced database skills in
MySQL & PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience using
Cursor & GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted development, and should be capable of building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core/C#.
- Design and implement responsive and interactive UI using modern frontend technologies (Angular/React/Blazor/JavaScript any one compulsory).
- Work extensively with relational databases writing optimized queries, stored procedures, indexing, triggers, and performance tuning.
- Use GitHub Copilot and Cursor as development accelerators to write, refactor, test, and optimize code efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure clean architecture, unit test coverage, secure API development, and best coding practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance, scalability, and application bugs.
Required Technical Expertise
Backend (.NET & C#)
- Strong understanding of .NET Core, Web API, Microservices Architecture, LINQ, Entity Framework Core.
- Experience in asynchronous programming, multithreading, memory management, GC tuning.
- Ability to architect and design modular, high-performance code.
Frontend Development
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern UI framework.
- Ability to build reusable UI components and follow state management best practices.
- Knowledge of UI/UX improvement and client-side performance optimization.
Database Skills
- Deep knowledge in MySQL & PostgreSQL database architecture and administration.
- Experience with joins, indexing strategies, replication concepts, query tuning & execution plan reading.
- Ability to work with large data sets, schema design, and optimization.
AI-Assisted Development
- Practical experience using Cursor & GitHub Copilot for code suggestions, refactoring & automation.
- Understanding how to drive AI tools for faster delivery while maintaining quality and security.
- Ability to review and interpret AI-generated code critically (not just accept output).
