_Provide technical leadership for Ascendon-based application development.
_Design and review solution architectures for cloud-native services on AWS.
_Lead development activities using C# and .NET, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
_Guide and mentor Software Development Engineers; perform code reviews and enforce quality standards.
_Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and environment readiness.
_Collaborate with Architects, Business Consultants, and Scrum Master to ensure delivery alignment.
_Proactively manage technical risks, dependencies, and non-functional requirements.
The Development Lead will be responsible for technical ownership and delivery oversight of Ascendon-based solutions. This role combines hands-on development with team leadership, design guidance, and quality governance across the engineering workstream.Technology Stack: AWS, C#, .NET, Terraform

_Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, C#, and .NET-based application development.
_Experience leading development teams in Agile environments.
_Solid understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, and messaging technologies.
_Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
_Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
