Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Nephrologist at Apollo Hospitals in Raurkela. The Nephrologist will focus on diagnosing and treating kidney-related illnesses and providing care for patients undergoing dialysis or kidney transplant. Responsibilities include evaluating and managing kidney disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, performing dialysis and hemodialysis procedures, and participating in patient care planning. The role also involves staying updated with advancements in nephrology and implementing best practices to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Nephrology and a thorough understanding of kidney-related diseases.
  • Proficiency in performing procedures such as Dialysis and Hemodialysis.
  • Experience or training in managing Transplant cases and related post-operative care.
  • Strong skills in Medicine with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Medical degree (MBBS) and specialization in Nephrology; a valid medical license is required.
  • Prior work experience in a hospital or specialty clinic is preferred.
