Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Consultant Nephrologist to join our team at IQ City Medical College & Hospital located in Durgapur. The Consultant Nephrologist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with kidney-related conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert care in nephrology, overseeing dialysis and hemodialysis treatments, consulting on transplant cases, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care. As an on-site role, the Consultant will play a key part in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care within the community.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Nephrology, including diagnosis and treatment of complex renal conditions
• Proficiency in Dialysis and Hemodialysis management
• Experience and specialized training in Renal Transplant procedures and post-operative care
• Strong foundation in general Medicine with a focus on patient-centered care
• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, MD/DNB in General Medicine, and DM/DNB in Nephrology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on advancements in nephrology
