Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, based in Delhi, India. The nurse will be responsible for providing specialized care to neonates in critical conditions, supporting their recovery and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Primary responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medication and treatments, coordinating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, and educating parents on infant care and health management. The role demands a high level of professionalism, empathy, and clinical expertise to ensure the best outcomes for the youngest and most vulnerable patients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care and Critical Care Nursing
• Strong background in Nursing and Critical Care Medicine
• Knowledge of general Medicine and neonate-specific care practices
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support families and collaborate with medical teams
• Certified in neonatal life support and/or advanced cardiac life support (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Current nursing license registered with the relevant state or national authority
• Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care to neonates and their families
