ReviewAdda.Com is seeking a dedicated NEET Admission Counselor for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The counselor will assist prospective students in navigating the medical admission process, provide personalized guidance, manage inquiries, and maintain excellent communication with students and their families. The role also includes supporting students with course selection, handling documentation, and ensuring a seamless admission experience.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to connect effectively with students, parents, and institutions.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Sales skills to guide and encourage students towards appropriate courses and institutions that meet their needs.
• Knowledge of the Education sector, including an awareness of NEET examination processes and college admission procedures.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools, are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for education or counseling-related fields.
