Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, presales, and client teams to understand requirements and design customized digital marketing solutions.
- Design end-to-end digital marketing solutions and frameworks tailored to client needs.
- Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, display advertising, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Lead solution design, pricing models, and value proposition creation for digital marketing offerings.
- Create proposals, pitch decks, white papers, and thought leadership content addressing CMO and client challenges.
- Manage and respond to RFPs/RFIs for digital marketing services.
- Conduct competitive market research and gap analysis to identify trends, innovations, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with delivery and consulting teams to ensure seamless execution of proposed solutions.
- Build and maintain reusable solution artifacts and frameworks for scalability.
- Explore AI and automation use cases in digital marketing solutions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 12+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Services, Solution Design, and Presales Consulting.
- Proven experience in designing solutions under Digital Marketing Services for enterprise clients.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, marketing analytics, and digital advertising.
- Experience in solution design and proposal management for enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and campaign management tools.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and client-facing presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally in global teams.
- Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize trends and data into actionable strategies.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related discipline preferred.
