Job Description

Maintain 5s & ensure discipline in terms of PPE.
Perform NDT methods such as MPI and FPI, compliance with NAS410 standards and customer specifications while carrying out inspections.
Surface preparing - pre-cleaning and after inspection post cleaning.
Visual inspection as per customer requirement.
Process control and scheduling planning of deliveries to customer.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications and inspection standards.
Monitoring and perform system performance checks.
Control of NDT process flow maintain NDT equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
Familiarity with industry standards: NAS410, ASTM, ASME, AS9100, NADCAP certification audits, documentation and continual improvement activities.
Control of process and production improvement activities. Process validation and revalidation.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Should be a certified ASNT level-2 / NAS 410 level 2 in FPI & MPI, must completed OJT hours as per NAS 410.
Knowledge in performing technical gap analysis of process.
Execution of FAI's and DFAI's.
