About the Company

NPCI Bharat BillPay Limited (NBBL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), established to operate and manage the Bharat BillPay ecosystem. NBBL plays a pivotal role in India's digital payments landscape by offering a unified, interoperable platform for bill payments across various categories such as electricity, water, gas, telecom, DTH, education, and more.

About the Role

Drive relationship management & business development with various billers to expand the scope of NBBL in terms of customer reach and no of transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against volume, revenue, penetration and growth targets for the assigned partner banks.
  • New product launch, product enhancement implementation and category expansion.
  • Drive business and channel expansion to ensure business growth of the channel.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding.
  • Relationship management across different levels and verticals of the bank, thereby working as first point of contact for the bank for NBBL.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through the relation with the bank, capitalizing on the bank's strength.
  • Ensuring that the engagements with the banks are well formalized in compliances with internal cross functionals depts like legal, finance etc.
  • Internal liaising with other cross-functional teams like Product, tech, operations etc. to deliver as per defined parameters across business, service and various other requirements.
  • Running multiple marketing programs for channel & end user engagement for business growth.
  • Ensuring business compliance as per regulatory norms.

Qualifications

  • Graduation (preferably BE/B.Tech) with Professional degrees like MBA or equivalent (Full-time)

Required Skills

  • Enterprise sales / Tech based partnership background
  • Knowledge of digital payment & related industry
  • Good in relationship management skills
  • Capable of translating tech based solution to match the client's requirement
  • CXO / Leadership engagement capabilities
  • Excellent communicator, problem solver & strategic thinker
  • Proactive, self driven, persistent & service oriented
  • Ready to walk the extra mile
