Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a National Sales Manager. The candidate will lead sales operations, oversee strategic business planning, develop and nurture client relationships, and manage key accounts. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, preparing budgets, and ensuring targets are met. Collaboration across departments and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders will be crucial to achieve business goals.

Job Summary:

Russell Finex Sieves & Filters Pvt Ltd is hiring a National Sales Manager to lead domestic and export sales operations. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing regional sales teams, and developing agent/distributor networks for capital equipment and aftermarket products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute national sales strategy (India & export markets)
  • Lead and develop Regional Sales Managers and internal sales teams
  • Manage agents and distributors; ensure strong market coverage
  • Drive key projects, customer trials, and major applications
  • Sales forecasting, CRM usage, reporting, and budgeting
  • Collaborate with marketing and plant operations

Candidate Profile:

  • BE Mechanical (mandatory)
  • 1520 years experience in capital process equipment sales
  • Proven people management and distributor handling experience
  • Strong communication, leadership, and commercial skills
  • Willing to travel extensively
