Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)
- Translate synergy strategy into executable programs, processes and timelines
- Run the Ekjoot War Room and ensure disciplined execution across stakeholders
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Digital and Loyalty teams across Bus
- Define and monitor synergy KPIs, milestones and outcome metrics
- Track execution progress and highlight risks, delays and dependencies
- Ensure alignment between central planning and field-level execution
- Drive adoption of Ekjoot programs by state and zonal teams
- Support rollout of combined product, campaign and loyalty initiatives
- Ensure governance, documentation and audit readiness of synergy programs
- Work with analytics teams to generate insights and recommendations
- Support leadership reviews with data-backed performance update
Educational Background and Work Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Strategy or Marketing; B.Tech preferred
- 15–18 years of experience in Building Materials / Strategy / Commercial roles
