Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Manager for the CSC Channel based in Noida. The role involves developing and executing business plans, leading and guiding sales teams, managing accounts, and overseeing channel partnerships. Additional responsibilities include setting and managing budgets while achieving sales targets, ensuring team collaboration, and driving overall channel performance to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Planning and Budgeting to ensure effective strategic and financial oversight.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Account Management for building client relationships and meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience in Team Management and the ability to mentor, guide, and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain partnerships successfully.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in the insurance industry or channel management is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and business development KPIs.
