Job Description

We are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead sales and revenue growth for our interior products across India. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive pan-India experience to drive sales targets, build client relationships, and expand our market presence nationwide.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass sales and revenue goals for interior products across all regions in India.
  • Conduct nationwide market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and customer needs, while also gathering competitive intelligence on rivals offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients across India, understanding regional needs to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms to expand the customer base in every region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance the company's footprint across diverse markets in India.
  • Stay well-versed in the company's product range to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients nationwide.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals that align with company policies while addressing the unique needs of regional clients.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns for each region to drive growth and meet business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure smooth and efficient operations across India.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis from all regions, using data insights to refine and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collect feedback from customers nationwide to enhance products, services, and the overall customer experience.
  • Regularly travel across India to meet clients, understand regional market dynamics, and oversee sales operations in various territories.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 10 years in Sales & Business Development, with extensive pan-India experience.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the Building Materials sector.
  • Self-motivated, highly driven, and capable of managing large-scale operations across multiple regions.
  • Strong skills in negotiation and deal closure.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
