We are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead sales and revenue growth for our interior products across India. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive pan-India experience to drive sales targets, build client relationships, and expand our market presence nationwide.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass sales and revenue goals for interior products across all regions in India.
- Conduct nationwide market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and customer needs, while also gathering competitive intelligence on rivals offerings and pricing strategies.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients across India, understanding regional needs to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Drive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms to expand the customer base in every region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance the company's footprint across diverse markets in India.
- Stay well-versed in the company's product range to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients nationwide.
- Negotiate terms and close deals that align with company policies while addressing the unique needs of regional clients.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns for each region to drive growth and meet business goals.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure smooth and efficient operations across India.
- Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis from all regions, using data insights to refine and optimize sales strategies.
- Collect feedback from customers nationwide to enhance products, services, and the overall customer experience.
- Regularly travel across India to meet clients, understand regional market dynamics, and oversee sales operations in various territories.
Skills Required
- Minimum 10 years in Sales & Business Development, with extensive pan-India experience.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the Building Materials sector.
- Self-motivated, highly driven, and capable of managing large-scale operations across multiple regions.
- Strong skills in negotiation and deal closure.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
