Our Client is a leading Indian company that manufactures and markets electrical products like - Switchgear, Wires, etc. They are looking for a National Sales Head, ideally, with 18+yrs experience in similar industry. Responsible for-
- Strategy and execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both B2B and B2C channels to meet revenue and market share objectives.
- Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a national sales team, including recruiting, training, and performance management.
- B2B sales management: Manage client relationships, large-scale Government and Project contracts.
- B2C sales management: Oversee high-volume, smaller sales to individual consumers, and develop strategies for direct-to-consumer channels.
- Channel and distribution: Establish, manage, and grow both B2B and B2C distribution networks and key accounts.
- Performance monitoring: Set sales quotas, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other metrics; track progress and ensure accountability.
- Market analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and growth.
