Position : National Sales Head

Department : Business Development

Reporting to : General Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the domestic market,
  • focusing on natural stone industry projects and product sales.
  • Create and implement distributorship and retail programs to enhance market
  • reach and increase sales.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, support, and
  • training to ensure their success.
  • Set sales targets and goals for the team and monitor their performance on a
  • regular basis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including
  • architects, contractors, and retailers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and
  • expand customer base.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends,
  • customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales
  • strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the
  • benefits and features of our natural stone products.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our
  • products and network with potential customers.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination within the sales team, as well
  • as with other departments in the organization.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, negotiation,
  • sales, collection, and supply.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance showcasing sales
  • volume, potential sales, and proposed client base expansion areas, market
  • trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
  • Effectively communicate client information and insights to the team.
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales management within the natural stone industry or a
  • building material industry
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of the domestic market and customer dynamics in the
  • building materials industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and
  • make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Deep understanding of distributorship and retail programs, and experience in
  • creating and implementing them will be preferred
  • Working Days and time
  • Monday to Friday 09.00 am to 05.30 pm (Work from Office)
  • Saturday 09.00 am to 02.00 pm (Work from Home) Business Development
