Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the domestic market,
- focusing on natural stone industry projects and product sales.
- Create and implement distributorship and retail programs to enhance market
- reach and increase sales.
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, support, and
- training to ensure their success.
- Set sales targets and goals for the team and monitor their performance on a
- regular basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including
- architects, contractors, and retailers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and
- expand customer base.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends,
- customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales
- strategies with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the
- benefits and features of our natural stone products.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our
- products and network with potential customers.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination within the sales team, as well
- as with other departments in the organization.
- Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, negotiation,
- sales, collection, and supply.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance showcasing sales
- volume, potential sales, and proposed client base expansion areas, market
- trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
- Effectively communicate client information and insights to the team.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management within the natural stone industry or a
- building material industry
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of the domestic market and customer dynamics in the
- building materials industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and
- make strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Deep understanding of distributorship and retail programs, and experience in
- creating and implementing them will be preferred

- Monday to Friday 09.00 am to 05.30 pm (Work from Office)
