Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for the position of National Sales Head - Reproduction Genomics & Genetics. The incumbent will lead and manage national sales strategies in alignment with business goals, drive business planning, and oversee channel sales operations. Key responsibilities include managing a sales team, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring optimal market penetration through strategic planning, team leadership, and comprehensive sales execution. We want candidate age not above 45 and minimum 2 zones exposure.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and Sales Strategy development.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Hands-on experience in Channel Sales, Sales Execution, and Client Relationship Management.
- Proficiency in devising and implementing Sales & Marketing initiatives to meet company objectives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze market conditions and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and growth.
- Relevant experience in the healthcare or diagnostics sector is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
