Job Overview:

The National Sales Head will lead Ginza Industries Limited's pan-India textile sales operations, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and market expansion across domestic B2B channels. The role requires a senior textile sales leader with strong customer relationships, deep understanding of fabric markets, and the ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy for textiles in line with business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, pricing discipline, and margin optimization across regions.
  • Manage key accounts including brands, buying houses, distributors, and institutional customers.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale regional sales teams with clear targets and KPIs.
  • Work closely with production, planning, and supply chain to align demand with capacity.
  • Track market trends, competition, and customer needs to guide product and range strategy.
  • Ensure strong collections, credit control, and working capital efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications Required

1525 years of sales leadership experience intextiles / fabrics.

Proven track record of managing pan-IndiaB2B textile salesand large teams.

Strong understanding of domestic textile markets, fabric categories, and pricing dynamics.

Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and execution skills.

MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
