Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a National Sales Head - Aster Ansul. The role involves developing and executing strategic business and sales plans, managing and expanding channel sales networks across multiple regions, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include handling key accounts, building relationships with clients and channel partners, providing guidance to the sales team, monitoring performance metrics, and working closely with other departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Business Planning and Sales strategy development.
  • Proven experience in Team Management and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Skills in Channel Sales development, relationship management, and partnerships.
  • Competency in Sales and Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the fire detection and / suppression or related industry is an advantage.
