Key Result Areas & Supporting Actions
Contribution in Formulation & Implementation of Retail & Department Store Strategy
- Proactively contribute to the formulation and direction of retail strategy; implement projects and trials for the Regions.
- Clearly and concisely communicate business and Area objectives to ABMs, ensuring they remain well informed of business activity and their required contribution to targets.
- Align Sales & Marketing: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure strategies are cohesive and mutually supportive, driving both store performance and brand growth.
Tapping Business Potential for the Region
- Prepare quarter-wise footfall generation activity plans for stores; ensure every store receives appropriate support.
- Create store business plans in consultation with RBMs and teams; coordinate with HO for execution support.
- Analyze competition to identify opportunities/threats; recommend actions to leverage emerging trends.
- Conduct business development visits; provide final opinions on B/C sites; filter leads from RBMs; anchor relationships with RBD local representatives.
- Align Sales & Operations: Coordinate sales goals with operational capabilities to maximize business potential and customer satisfaction.
Franchisee Management
- Manage franchisee relationships from a business perspective.
- Handle conflict resolution effectively to maintain smooth operations.
- Align Sales & Operations: Ensure franchisee sales targets align with operational capacity and brand standards.
SOP Compliance
- Monitor RRM and audit reports to identify recurring trends at stores.
- Ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures.
Merchandise Management
