We have an opportunity of National Key Account Manager - Modern Trade for FMCG client based at Mumbai

Reporting to: Lead Key Account MT

Key Responsibilities:
Financial:
- Delivery of Secondary sales target
- Ensuring timely payment from respective accounts
- Understanding of ROI Customer
- Being primary point of contact with given set of MT accounts
- Maintain best of the relations with Accounts
- Business planning for Year (JBP) and Qtr(QBP)
- Ensure that our organisational and brand agenda are driven with the respective accounts
- Respond to any concerns raised by customers in appropriate way
- Drive the join business and the Account
Process
- Ensuring proper master data for the product
- Timely New product listing
- Payment follow ups
- Ensure timely billing and supplies
- Create new business opportunities
People
- Work with external stake holders, mainly MT accounts closely
- Work closely with MT Sales team for achieving sales target and account related issue resolution
- Close coordination with CPU (billing) team, finance team and GDSO team for all the business requirements
Candidate Profile:
Education: MBA or equivalent
Experience: 7 years+ of work experience FMCG or Organised Retail.
Technical Competencies:
- Understanding of Modern Trade Channel and it's processes
- Negotiation
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office
- Prior experience of working in FMCG in MT channel or Organised retail in category buying
- Basic understanding of finance
