Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key ecommerce clients to drive growth and profitability.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned ecommerce accounts, resolving any issues or challenges.
  • Understand clients needs and provide solutions that meet their business objectives.

Sales Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for key accounts.
  • Monitor and manage sales performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Lead negotiations for new deals, contracts, and renewals to maximize profitability.

Ecommerce Strategy:

  • Collaborate with ecommerce teams to optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and advertising strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry insights to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Manage promotional campaigns and ensure optimal visibility and placement on ecommerce platforms.

Data Analysis Reporting:

  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and other KPIs to drive performance improvements and informed decision-making.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure digital strategies align with account goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring the right products are available at the right time to meet demand.
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop joint marketing initiatives that enhance visibility and conversion.

Client Engagement:

  • Plan and conduct regular meetings with ecommerce partners to review performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead product training and support efforts to ensure ecommerce partners have a deep understanding of the product portfolio.

Education Qualification:-

  • MBA Compulsory
