National Contract Logistics Information Systems OTM Specialist

Your Role:

• Lead OTM systems (IS) expertise across projects and operations, aligning with regional direction and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective system deployment and support.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure deployment of only approved IS applications such as Transport Management Systems (TMS), visibility tools, and reports.
• Coordinate IS input for tender/proposal requests and ensure smooth TMS implementation during customer onboarding.
• Maintain ongoing TMS application support for existing operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in logistics systems.
• Enforce TMS governance and compliance practices.
• Upskill team members through structured training and development activities.

Your Skills and Experiences:

• Minimum 6+ years of implementation and configuration experience in Oracle Transport Management (OTM) with both technical and functional expertise, especially in the distribution industry.
• Strong functional and techno-functional experience with OTM or Global Transportation Management implementations.
• Familiarity with OTM Release 6.5.X and above, including OTM Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of key OTM application modules: order management, shipment management, OTM finance, automation agents, and interfaces.
• Ability to prepare mapping documents to interface OTM with EDI, WMS, Order Management, and Finance systems.
• Capable of translating operational requirements into technical design specifications for offshore delivery.
• Proficiency in SQL for automation agents and technical configurations.
• Experience with JSPX/XSL (preferred).
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end OTM lifecycle, including system architecture and implementations.
