We're looking for an n8n Developer / Automation Engineer who can own our automation stack, build reliable workflows, cut manual tasks, and deliver measurable business impact.
Position: n8n Developer / Automation Engineer
Location: In-House (Jaipur Preferred)
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:- Build & maintain n8n workflows, triggers, and custom nodes
- Integrate APIs (REST, GraphQL, OAuth2, webhooks, pagination, rate limits)
- Implement error handling, retries, alerts, logging, and idempotency
- Perform ETL tasks: map, validate, normalize JSON between systems
- Automate lead capture, scoring, enrichment, routing & deduplication
- Develop marketing & sales ops automations for CRM & analytics platforms
- Manage secrets, environments (dev/stage/prod), RBAC, and runbooks
- Create specs, diagrams, and versioned documentation
- Monitor workflow performance (latency, costs, concurrency)
- Maintain reusable subflows & enforce naming standards
- Enable teammates with safe automations & clear processes
Minimum Requirements:- 2+ years of hands-on automation experience (n8n, Make, Zapier, Airflow, Prefect)
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills (Function & Code nodes)
- Deep knowledge of API integrations (auth flows, HMAC, cursors, webhooks)
- Solid data handling: JSON schema, regex, date math, timeouts, retries
- Basics of queues, rate limits, backoff strategies
- Experience with CRMs & marketing stacks (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM)
- Proficiency with Git & documentation
Nice to Have:- Custom n8n node development
- Docker / Kubernetes exposure
- SQL (PostgreSQL, BigQuery), Redis, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub
- Privacy & compliance familiarity (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience with tools like WhatsApp, Twilio, Telegram, Slack, Gmail, Sheets, Airtable, Shopify, WooCommerce
