Job Title: MYP Mathematics Teacher

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month + HRA (House Rent Allowance)
Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced MYP Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction aligned with the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), fostering critical thinking, and promoting a student-centered learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in accordance with the IB MYP framework.
- Develop unit plans, lesson plans, and assessment strategies aligned with IB standards.
- Encourage inquiry-based learning and conceptual understanding.
- Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate academic records.
- Integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and interdisciplinary projects.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development sessions, and IB training.
- Maintain positive communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics or related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
- IB MYP training or certification preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (preferably in IB or international curriculum).
- Strong understanding of MYP assessment criteria and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse learners.
