Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Mycorrhiza Sales (Agriculture) role based in Pune. The role involves promoting and selling mycorrhiza-based products to agricultural customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting farmer training sessions, and providing product support. Additionally, the candidate will manage sales operations, achieve sales targets, and support customer satisfaction while ensuring the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and support business growth
• Experience in Training and educating farmers or stakeholders on product benefits and usage
• Knowledge of sustainable agriculture and organic crop protection products
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage relationships effectively
• Education in agriculture, agronomy, or related fields preferred
• Familiarity with local markets in Maharashtra is an advantage
• Worked on Microbial , Mycorrhiza & VAM
