1. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in MVC web projects.

2. Must have strong development experience in Microsoft ASP.NET (in C#), MVC, jQuery and WEB API technologies. Hands-on experience in React Native is a plus.

3. Strong knowledge of .NET framework 4.5, Microsoft Core, MySQL database and experience in writing stored procedures.

4. Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines.

5. Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.

6. Proactive thinking with a can do attitude. Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking.

7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
