We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable NISM Trainer specializing in Mutual Funds to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial markets, particularly mutual funds, and a passion for educating others. This role involves creating specialized training materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, implementing e-learning strategies, and conducting effective training sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials for e-learning courses and programs specifically covering the NISM Mutual Funds certification. This includes presentations, handouts, exercises, case studies, and assessments tailored to the Mutual Funds module.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) specializing in Mutual Funds to create and review accurate, up-to-date, and engaging content. Ensure alignment with NISM Mutual Funds curriculum guidelines.
- Skill Development Modules: Develop practical skill development modules that enhance participants understanding and application of NISM Mutual Funds concepts, including portfolio management, fund analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- E-Learning Implementation: Implement and manage e-learning strategies, including the use of learning management systems (LMS) and other online platforms. Create interactive and multimedia-rich content, incorporating examples and scenarios relevant to Mutual Funds.
- Course Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of course content and training delivery through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance analysis. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions (online and/or in-person). Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and provide personalized guidance to participants.
- Presentation & Workshop Facilitation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and workshops on relevant financial market topics.
- Participant Support: Provide ongoing guidance and support to participants throughout their learning journey. Address their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay Updated: Maintain a thorough understanding of current NISM regulations, market trends, and best practices specifically within the Mutual Funds industry, as well as general training and education best practices
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in training, education, or financial services.
- Proven ability to design and develop effective training materials.
- Knowledge of NISM Mutual Funds Certification programs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and tools.
Compensation:
The offered compensation package will be based on the candidate's prior experience and current Cost to Company (CTC)
