Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager / AVP
Reporting To: Cluster Head
Team Handling: Branch Team
Key Responsibilities1. Branch & Business Management
- Act as a Profit Center Head for the branch.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of branch targets.
- Expand and strengthen the team across the assigned location.
2. IFD/IFA Development & Empanelment
- Identify and empanel CAs, Ex-Bankers, Ex-Wealth Advisors, Insurance Agents, and Finance Professionals as Independent Financial Distributors (IFDs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs/IFDs.
- Acquire new IFDs and onboard them efficiently.
3. Training & Product Enablement
- Train newly empaneled IFDs on digital platforms and mobile applications.
- Provide product knowledge on:
- Mutual Funds (MFs)
- NFOs
- IPOs
- NCDs
- Bonds
- Corporate Fixed Deposits
- Capital Market Products
- Drive IFDs to achieve consistent sales of financial products.
4. Primary Market Business Development
- Understand IFD/client requirements in primary market products.
- Advise and support IFDs in product positioning and sales strategy.
- Organize business development events and engagement activities to enhance IFD productivity.
Experience Requirements- Minimum 56+ years of experience in investment products such as:
- Mutual Funds
- Fixed Income Products
- Life & General Insurance
- Proven experience in IFA/IFD empanelment and channel development.
- Strong understanding of IFA channel business processes.
- Experience in team handling and team expansion.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with IFAs.
Educational Qualifications & Certifications- Graduate / Post Graduate (Mandatory).
- NISM VA Certification (Mandatory).
- IRDA Certification (Added advantage).
