Full-time - Part Time Music Faculty
Location: Mysore
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Music Faculty member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and dedicated educator with a strong background in Western music. This is not a senior leadership role, but a hands-on teaching position focused on student growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction in Western vocals, guitar, and piano to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Prepare students for performances, examinations, and school events.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other faculty members on curriculum development and school programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven teaching experience in all three disciplines: Western vocals, guitar, and piano.
- Strong knowledge of music theory and aural training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Relevant academic qualifications in music are preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in music education is required.
