About the company
We are a UK-based independent record label with a focus on Latin American music. Our catalogue spans a wide range of genres, from Cuban son and Andean folk to ocarina melodies and beyond.
As a small team rooted in organic musical collaboration, we produce 5-6 full-length albums each year, typically recording with artists in Cuba, Mexico, and more recently, Spain. We believe in real musicians, real passion, and real Latin groove, with no shortcuts and no AI. More than just a label, we are a music family, and we are looking for someone who shares this spirit to help us bring our artists to even wider audiences.
