Murex Upgrade / Release & Configuration Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Murex change and release processes, ensuring smooth upgrades and deployments.
• Oversee incident, problem, and configuration management related to Murex environments.
• Automate processes for efficient release and configuration management.
• Work with Murex modules, including MLC, Datamart, MxML, and End-of-Day batch configurations.
• Utilize source control systems like Bitbucket for version management.
• Develop and maintain build scripts and configuration management strategies.
• Document processes and workflows using tools like Confluence.
• Address and resolve daily incidents and service requests related to Murex production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Murex-related workflows.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Murex change and release management.
• Strong knowledge of Murex modules and configurations.
• Experience with automation tools and process optimization.
• Proficiency in shell/Perl scripting, Linux, Oracle, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with source control systems (preferably Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of process and release management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
