Process: 100% Voice, Inbound
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries
Provide information & resolution
Ensure good customer experience
Salary
Fresher: 16,000 in-hand | CTC 2.50 LPA
Experienced: Up to 30,000 in-hand | CTC 4.1 LPA
Shift
Rotational (9.5 hrs)
Male: 7:00 AM 12:30 AM (247 shifts)
Female: 7:00 AM 8:30 PM
5 days working + 2 rotational offs
