Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Multimedia Learning Architect who can lead at scale in ambiguous, fast‑evolving client environments. This role combines strategic leadership, deep technological alignment, and hands‑on problem solving to architect, optimize, and govern complex multimedia learning solutions.
The ideal candidate will operate confidently where requirements are unclear, actively design automation‑ and AI‑enabled solutions, and partner with clients from requirement discovery through proposal, estimation, delivery, and optimization. This role is critical to ensuring scalable, high‑quality, and future‑ready multimedia learning delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership, Ownership & Decision‑Making in Ambiguity
- Own end‑to‑end accountability for multimedia learning delivery across multiple concurrent programs with evolving scopes and standards.
- Lead teams through unclear problem statements, changing client expectations, and incomplete inputs, making sound decisions that balance quality, speed, cost, and risk.
- Anticipate downstream delivery, quality, or compliance risks and proactively course‑correct.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex delivery, technology, or governance challenges.
- Build leadership depth by mentoring senior team members to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
2. Client Requirement Gathering, Solutioning & Proposal Leadership
- Lead client discovery and requirement‑gathering engagements, partnering closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, learning outcomes, technical constraints, and operational realities.
- Translate ambiguous or novel client needs into clear, scalable solution architectures and delivery models.
- Own solution design, effort estimation, cost modelling, and delivery assumptions for multimedia and learning technology initiatives.
- Play a central role in RFP and proposal responses.
- Solve new and unique client problems by designing non‑standard, innovative solutions including process and tools innovation rather than scaling through manual effort.
- Support client presentations, solution walkthroughs, and due‑diligence discussions with strong technical and operational credibility.
- Ensure commitments made during solutioning and proposal stages are realistically executable and operationally sustainable.
3. Automation, AI & Process Innovation
- Demonstrate proven experience in implementing, and governing automation solutions across multimedia production, QA, content integration, and metadata workflows.
- Identify and drive opportunities to:
- Automate repetitive, high‑volume tasks using tools, scripts, templates, and workflow orchestration
- Apply efficient approaches to content processing, validation, QA, and productivity improvement
- Reduce manual dependency while improving accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time
- Lead the development of reusable automation frameworks and standards, not one‑off fixes.
4. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Set and enforce clear technical, quality, and execution standards aligned to client and contractual expectations.
- Build team capability in emerging tools, automation approaches, and modern multimedia practices.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation and technology curiosity.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in multimedia learning, digital content production, or learning technology delivery.
- 3+ years in a senior role managing complex, global client‑driven programs.
- Proven success operating in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
- Demonstrated experience in automation, tooling, or AI‑enabled process optimization.
