Job Title: Multimedia Designer
Purpose: To be the creative engine behind the brand by transforming complex SaaS concepts into
high-impact motion graphics, static graphics, and video production that simplify the admission journey.
Your mission:
Develop sophisticated static graphic assets for performance marketing campaigns,
whitepapers, eBooks, and corporate presentations.
Design and animate high-quality 2D motion graphics for product explainers, social media
advertisements, and website assets.
Lead the end-to-end production of video assets such as podcasts, client testimonials, etc. This
includes storyboarding, video filming (camera, lighting, and audio setup) and post-production.
Scale brand authority by collecting high-impact success stories and visual reviews that
transform our users and team into active brand advocates.
You should have:
1-3 years of professional experience in multimedia design, preferably within a B2B SaaS or
Agency environment.
Advanced expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and
Illustrator).
Proven experience in operating professional/DSLR cameras, lighting, and field recording
equipment.
Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and
CRM dashboards.
Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
High ownership, execution focus, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Good if you have:
Experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, or technology-led organisations.
A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a high level of proficiency in both static design and
motion/video work.
A degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working in fast-paced, growth-stage startups.
