We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer with strong expertise in Motion Graphics and Video Editing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital platforms, including promotional videos, product explainers, social media creatives, and corporate presentations.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, animation principles, branding, and digital media trends.
Key Responsibilities- Create high-quality motion graphics and animated videos for marketing, branding, and internal communications.
- Edit raw video footage into compelling final outputs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animation sequences.
- Add visual effects, sound design, background music, and transitions to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files and version control.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in multimedia design.
Required Skills- Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with video transitions, motion typography, compositing, and animation techniques
- Understanding of color grading and audio synchronization
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings
- Basic understanding of cinematography principles
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with corporate branding guidelines
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation tools is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Experience handling social media video campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Animation, Design, or related field
