We're looking for a Multimedia Content Designer with hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing to support our daily marketing content needs.

This is an execution-focused role where you'll create posters, videos, and social media creatives consistently. You'll work closely with the marketing team with clear guidance and support.

Design posters, banners, and ad creatives for social media and paid campaigns

Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads)

Edit podcasts, webinars, and long-form videos

Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips

Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms

Maintain brand consistency across all visuals

Handle day-to-day content production requests from the team

Deliver work within timelines while managing multiple tasks

What We're Looking For

2 4 years of experience in graphic design or video editing

Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects / Photoshop / Canva

Understanding of social media content styles and trends

Basic knowledge of pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy

Organised, reliable, and open to feedback

Ability to handle high-volume work and meet deadlines

Motion graphics or animation skills

Thumbnail design experience

Podcast or webinar editing

Experience creating ad creatives

Hands-on experience working on live campaigns

Clear direction and regular feedback
