Key Responsibilities
Call Handling & Patient Enquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to patient enquiries.
- Provide clear information about fertility treatments, consultation schedules, and hospital services.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with patients.
Patient Counselling & Conversion
- Counsel prospective patients regarding fertility treatments and available services.
- Follow up with patient enquiries and convert them into consultations.
- Achieve assigned call handling and conversion targets.
Appointment Coordination
- Coordinate with the front office and clinical teams for scheduling appointments.
- Ensure accurate communication of consultation timings and availability.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate call logs, enquiry records, and follow-up details.
- Update patient information and communication records in the system.
Patient Experience Management
- Ensure a positive and supportive patient experience during all interactions.
- Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
