Position: Fashion and Beauty Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$20$40/hour
Commitment:1040 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Author realistic fashion and beauty prompts spanning styling advice, trend analysis, product comparisons, skincare routines, makeup techniques, brand positioning, and seasonal collections.
- Review and revise AI-generated responses for accuracy, cultural authenticity, trend relevance, and clarity.
- Write high-quality human-authored gold responses for nuanced or context-sensitive fashion and beauty scenarios.
- Create controlled prompt variations that test subtle differences in body type, skin type, climate, cultural norms, occasion, or budget constraints.
- Evaluate outputs across different tones (editorial, advisory, conversational, technical) and instruction constraints.
- Identify model failure cases involving outdated trends, culturally inappropriate recommendations, unrealistic styling advice, or inaccurate product knowledge.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years of sustained, serious engagement with fashion and/or beauty as a hobby or practice.
- Active participation in fashion and beauty discourse within at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
- Strong familiarity with regional brands, cultural norms, aesthetic standards, and consumer behaviors within your language context.
- Ability to articulate stylistic reasoning, product comparisons, and aesthetic critiques clearly in the target language.
- Strong written communication skills and thoughtful editorial judgment.
