Job Description:

Hiring Multilingual Customer Support Executives for voice / non-voice support roles. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Language Requirement (Mandatory):

• Tamil
• Telugu
• Malayalam
• (Candidates should be fluent in at least one of the above languages along with basic English.)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions through calls/chat/email
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines
• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC / Diploma / Any Graduate
• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates who can speak Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam fluently
• Strong customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
