You are video-first by instinct, with strong fundamentals in motion graphics and design. You understand pacing, rhythm, and restraint. This role exists to make sure ideas don't die in execution. Your job is to decide how ideas feel in motion.
What you'll actually do
- Edit and create short-form video across brands
- Translate briefs into finished, platform-ready content
- Adapt editing behaviour by brand: atmospheric, lived-in, textured and/or fast, energetic, high-impact
- Build motion systems for: campaigns, social content, on-ground screens
- Prepare assets that work across: feeds, forwards, screens
- Work closely with strategists and agencies to shape execution
You should already know how to
- Edit for short-form social formats
- Use motion graphics with restraint
- Maintain quality at speed
- Show range across tones and styles
Experience we're looking for
- 26 years in video editing or multimedia design
- Strong portfolio of work
- Experience with digital-first brands
- Comfort working in fast, feedback-heavy environments
