Job Title: MuleSoft Technical Lead

Location: Gurugram

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 6–8 Years

Salary Range: ₹20–24 LPA (Max)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in API-led connectivity, integration architecture, and team leadership, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-performing integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Define and implement API-led connectivity architecture (System, Process, Experience APIs)
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements
Ensure best practices in API design, security, governance, and performance optimization
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables
Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment configurations
Work with cloud platforms and ensure seamless integration across systems
Maintain documentation for architecture, design, and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–8 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to MuleSoft
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (CloudHub, Runtime Manager, API Manager)
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, RAML/OpenAPI specifications
Experience in DataWeave, Mule flows, connectors, and transformations
Knowledge of API security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, Basic Auth, etc.)
Experience with integration patterns, microservices architecture, and event-driven design
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
Experience working with cloud environments (AWS/Azure preferred)
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
