Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
MuleSoft Technical Lead to lead the
design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API-led connectivity, cloud integrations, enterprise architecture, and technical leadership. This role requires hands-on development experience along with the ability to guide teams, engage stakeholders, and drive best practices across integration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Define and implement API-led connectivity architectures, including System, Process, and Experience APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather and translate requirements into scalable integration solutions
- Establish and enforce API governance, security standards, and integration best practices.
- Design reusable integration frameworks, accelerators, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and guide MuleSoft developers and integration engineers.
- Manage deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment configurations.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and monitoring.
- Ensure seamless integration between cloud, on-premises, and third-party enterprise applications.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimation activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
- Experience integrating Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, or other enterprise applications.
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes environments.
- Knowledge of messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
