Job Requirements*

Strong hands-on experience in MuleSoft development with solid understanding of the MuleSoft technology stack.

Proven experience in designing and developing complex MuleSoft use cases and integrations.

Strong expertise in Java, Middleware, Mule ESB, and SOA concepts, including interface and API design.

Solid understanding of XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, XSD, and RDBMS.

On-prem MuleSoft implementation experience is mandatory.

Strong governance mindset with adherence to MuleSoft best practices, guardrails, and API-led connectivity model.

Good knowledge of MuleSoft administration, deployment, and monitoring.

MuleSoft certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities*

Work closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads to design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft-based integration solutions aligned with business and customer needs.

Deliver assigned development tasks on schedule while meeting defined quality and performance standards.

Collaborate with Product Owners, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, refine user stories, and deliver high-quality integrations.

Participate in daily stand-ups and provide timely and accurate status updates.

Evaluate new MuleSoft features, technologies, or components and perform Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate feasibility.

Provide delivery support for technical issues, production deployments, reviews, and escalations.

Troubleshoot issues, fix defects, and implement workarounds as required.

Create and maintain technical and operational documentation, including procedures, runbooks, and automation guidelines.

Contribute to practice growth initiatives such as interviews, mentoring, training, and operational excellence activities.

Support proposal creation and proposal defense activities for practice and account growth.
