Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a MT4 & MT5 Admin & Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the administration and management of MT4 and MT5 trading platforms, ensuring smooth and secure operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining platform functionality, managing user administration, monitoring system performance, and implementing updates or patches. The role also involves working closely with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as assisting with onboarding new users and providing necessary system training.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MT4 and MT5 platform administration, including setting up servers, managing user access, and platform configuration.
• Strong understanding of Forex trading systems and financial trading platforms.
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues, applying updates, and ensuring system performance and security.
• Familiarity with database management and API integrations relevant to trading platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for user training and collaboration with support teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Previous experience in a similar role or within financial markets is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
